Education Modules for Statistical Methods

Modules with different topics on bioinformatics tools for undergraduate research, such as Protein Secondary Structure Analysis (PSSA), Protein-Protein Docking (PPDock), and Molecular Dynamics Simulation (MDSim). Current students enrolled with access to Blackboard at UTEP will be provided with more details, reviews, and quizzes during the semester. Modules will be updated and new modules added from time to time.
