MOLPAC (1992, 1995, and
1998) A unix-based Molecular Package consists of software programs for
multiple sequence comparisons allowing matching errors (funded by grants
from Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Advanced Research Program
and San Antonio Area Foundation). The original version of two program
modules (REP and MATCH) was integrated with GenToolsTM (1993)
distributed by the High Performance Computing Facility at the University
of Texas at Austin. The current updated version of MOLPAC in C++ is
available free to the public
